Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to return any items you receive.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you purchased return insurance at checkout, you can enjoy free returns. If you did not purchase return insurance at checkout, you will need to pay for return tags.
Clearance Sale Items
Some items are not eligible for return, as indicated on the product page.
Furthermore, all promotional items are non-refundable to the original payment method, but can be exchanged for store points or other items. Items with discounts of 40% or more are final sales and are non-refundable, without exception. Some promotions have separate return policies; please contact us if you have any questions!
Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you already own. Once the return is accepted, you can then purchase the new item separately.
Refunds: We will notify you after receiving and checking your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds typically take 3 days to process.
To cover return shipping, packaging, and ironing/pressing costs before the item is put back into stock, we will charge a 5% restocking fee. This fee does not include return shipping. Some items may have higher restocking fees; specific fees will be indicated on the respective product page. For expedited shipping options selected by the customer, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Price Adjustments: We do not offer price adjustments for full-price items purchased before promotions.
