Most of our orders are shipped using envelopes made from recycled materials.

What does this mean for items like hats? Our hats are delicate—they’re made of durable cotton canvas and can be worn until they’re worn out. They can withstand wrinkles—the beauty of a hat is that it will fit your head perfectly! If your hat gets wrinkled during shipping, just wear it for a few hours—we guarantee it will be as good as new. Wrinkled hats are not a reason for a refund.

Promotional items require a minimum purchase of $120 to qualify for free shipping on domestic orders.

Customs and taxes for international orders are already included in the price at checkout. If you are exchanging an item internationally, these are not included and must be paid by the customer. Any additional costs incurred during shipping are also the customer’s responsibility.

We do not refund any shipping, customs, or handling fees for any orders.

Please note that our UPS pickup time is approximately 2 PM to 3 PM Eastern Time daily. If you choose expedited shipping, we will do our best to process and ship your order on the same day. However, if the pickup time is earlier than the order processing time, we will ship it out the next day.
